Edible Products

FRESH Chicken Eggs Brown Non Fertile (No roosters present) – $2.25 per dozen / $3.00 for a carton of 18 (.50 cent deposit on carton or no deposit if you bring clean useable cartons)

FRESH Duck eggs – multiple species Pekin, Giant Pekin, Black Swedish, Kaki Campbell – These eggs can be and probably are fertile we take them fresh so they are edible and are rich and have a great flavor and loaded with more nutrients and proteins than chicken eggs and are sought after by hard core body builders for that boosted proteins for building muscle mass. HOWEVER they are NOT pasteurized and the USDA makes us tell you that but if you absolutely feel like you need them pasteurized instructions for pasteurizing milk and eggs are at the bottom of the page. You can also place these eggs in an incubator for hatching at this time what you get is what you get until we get them segregated this fall. .50 per egg or $5.00 per dozen.

FRESH Turkey eggsBlue Slate .50 cents per egg / Royal Palm .50 cents per egg / Bourbon Red .75 cents per egg ALL hens are with TOM’s of their own breed and are fertilized by the tom however with ALL and any incubation eggs we can NOT guarantee a hatch rate due to experience or inexperienced people operating non commercial calibrated incubators. (as a side note pay close attention to temps and humidity and egg turning and placements it is instrumental in success of the average 80% -85% hatch rate.

FRESH Non-Pasturized goats milk – We have 2 Grades of Goats milk Human consumption which is not pasteurized but everything used in collecting it is sterile and strained through a double cheese cloth all milk containers are cleaned with boiling bleach water, Goats teats are cleaned with a disinfectant teat dip. the second class is Bottle Baby Milk that can be used to bottle feed rejected, weak or just because you want a super tame animal. this milk is MUCH better than the powdered version at the supply stores and wont give them the constant scours (diarrhea) on a long term basis we can give a better deal if you set up a contract assuming When kids are offered a good quality hay or pasture plus a creep feed, they can be weaned as early as 30 days of age, but it is better to wait until 6 to 8 weeks. A better measure for weaning a kid is when it weighs at least 2 to 2.5 times its birth weight and is eating a significant amount of dry food. so a contract would be 30 days, 6 weeks or 8 weeks where we guarantee YOUR supply for a set time frame for a set price which os much cheaper and with our Saeen dairy breeds were talking output of about 2 gallons per day per goat we milk but its always best to set up a contract so your milk is always reserved. Jug deposits are required unless you bring a Jug of same size, clean, no leaks and NO ODORS.

Human Consumption – 1 US GALLON – $4.75 + $1.00 Jug Deposit
